Patently Easy Food Processor Cooking

These “Patently Easy Food Processor Recipes” help you prepare delicious and nutritious meals in minutes. I start by explaining “10 Basic Food Techniques” that simplify food processor cooking. Step-by-step photographs show how to make more than 150 recipes in this book. In recipes that require multiple steps here’s this basic rule: work from dry to wet. So, for a cheese quiche, shred the cheese, make the pastry, then make the custard. That’s it!

  • I bought this book when we first moved to Florence, Montana in 1986, having to drive to Kalispell to find it. This book was my go-to when learning to use my food processor.
I am glad to find that Patently Easy Food Processor Cooking is still available; my original copy was destroyed in the Lolo Peak Forest Fire in 2017.
